Carolina León Sáinz is a LAWYER with a degree in law from the University of Granada, Spain, and an LLM (Master of Laws postgraduate law degree) in International Legal Studies, with specialization in International Business Law, from American University Washington College of Law in Washington DC.

She also has an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, Virginia, US. Carolina is currently studying for an MA in Immigration Law at ISDE, Spain, and a PhD in Globalization and Modernization in the Contemporary World at the University of Cadiz. In addition, she attended a certificate program in International Commercial Arbitration at the American University Washington College of Law.

Carolina Leon Sainz holds dual citizenship of the United States and Spain, and has more than ten years of experience working in the United States in the areas of Immigration and International Private Law. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a basic knowledge of French.
