María Luisa Rojí Marco is a lawyer graduated in Law from the University of Cádiz (2017), where she also completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (2019). She also obtained a scholarship from the prestigious Ramón Areces Foundation to study a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Trade and Commercial Law (2020) at the University of Durham, UK.
She worked as a junior associate in the Commercial Law Department of Cuatrecasas (Seville), and as a lawyer in charge of the Spanish Desk at Castelo Solicitors, a firm located in Central London.
Her areas of specialisation are Commercial, Civil and Procedural Law, with a special interest in litigation or matters involving an international element.
María Luisa combines her passion for legal practice with participation in academic and training activities such as the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and collaboration with scientific journals through the publication of articles. She also continues to improve her training through various courses such as the Corporate Law Course and the Mediation Course, both given by the Jerez Bar Association.
